We collect only what you voluntarily submit through the company introduction form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, company name, sector, country of operation and a brief context. Website and presentation link are optional.

The assistant field sends the text of your question so an answer can be generated. Please do not include confidential information in that field.

How we use the information

We use the information to assess the opportunity presented and to reply to your enquiry.

We do not sell your data and do not share it automatically with third parties. At a later stage of analysis or of a transaction, sharing with the professionals involved is handled specifically and with notice.

Storage

Form submissions are stored in the database infrastructure used by this website, with access restricted to JVX.

Questions asked to the assistant are processed by a language model provider to generate the answer displayed on the page.

Usage measurement

We record site usage events — such as opening and completing the form — without name, email, phone or message content.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of the information submitted by replying to your contact with JVX.

Confidentiality

We treat information received as confidential and use it to assess the opportunity. An NDA can be used when appropriate to the stage of the conversation. Submitting the form on its own does not create a confidentiality agreement.
